Former Model Suing “Mad Men”

St. Louis, MO (KPLR)  A former model is mad about the t-v show “Mad Men” using her image without permission. 79 year old Gita Hall May claims show producers didn’t get her consent before using  a shot of her face used from a 1950′s revlon hairspray ad during its opening credits. She is suing Lionsgate, the studio behind the emmy winning AMC series. The suit states Hall never agreed for her photo to be used 40 years later, and to be cropped from the photo.  She even told a news outlet, “they probably thought I was dead”.
