Bernthal – The Way It Oughta Be: Story Survey’s

(KPLR) – Should stores be asking you to grade their performance?  

I don’t know if you ever call the phone number at the bottom of your receipt.  It’s usually a customer service survey.  Sometimes a company offers a chance to win cash.

I’ve filled out a few but never won any money so I’ve stopped doing it.

And besides, here’s my thing.  If you don’t know how you are doing as a business then I think you already have some problems.

Isn’t it the boss’s job to make sure his or her company is doing what it should?  If you need help figuring out how you’re doing, hire someone to help you.

I shouldn’t have to do it for you.

If I have a problem I’m going to tell you about it.  That’s when I need a company to listen.
