Thundersnow Occurs Over Kansas

(KPLR) – A rare weather sight over Kansas overnight, thundersnow hit some parts of Kansas, which experienced the rare phenomena that produce snowfalls of up to 18 inches of snow.
Thundersnow is like a thunderstorm, but with the precipitation is snow instead of rain.
