Texas Woman Calls 911 For Cigarettes

(CNN) – This 48-year-old Texas woman apparently called 9-1-1 requesting a cigarette delivery.

Officers arrived at the woman’s Granbury home and say she laughed off the idea of police delivering a pack of cigarettes.

Maybe it was the alcohol talking, authorities say the woman was intoxicated.

Unfortunately for the prankster, her reported drunken state didn’t save her from a ride to the station and charges of abusing 9-1-1.

The woman is now out on a $1,000 bond.
