Bernthal: Restaurant Discount For Well Behaved Kids
(KPLR) – There is a creative way to reward well behaved children.
I don’t know if you heard about a discount given to well behaved children but it’s happened.
A restaurant manager recently did just that.
When it came time to drop off the bill the manager lowered the bill and left a note that the discount was the result of well behaved kids.
I think that’s a great idea. I’ve seen some real brats in area dining rooms.
It’s a shame we need an incentive for parents to teach their kids how to appropriately behave but apparently we do.
One foreign airline recently banned kids from the front of the plane. That’s how annoyed passengers are by some kid’s behavior.
I’ve been there as a parent. Kids are not robots; they just don’t always do what we tell them.
But we can set a good example and hope that they follow.
