Biker Freeway Proposal Could Lead To Charges

WEST COVINA, CA. (KTLA) – The biker proposal on the 10 freeway could lead to charges.  If you were anywhere near the West Covina, California Sunday, you may have wondered why you were stuck in traffic.

Well rest assured, it was for a good reason, as it was all in the name of love.

Biker Hector Martinez proposed to his girlfriend Paige Hernandez, with the help of 300 other bikers.

So if you saw the pink smoke, you now know why the freeway was shut down for a few minutes.
