Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood Resigns

(KPLR) – While President Obama is busy establishing his new cabinet and Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood tenured his resignation.

LaHood will remain in the position until the U.S. Senate confirm his replacement.

The president issued a statement thanking LaHood for his dedication, hard work, and years of service on behalf of the public.
