Adele Hall, “The First Lady Of Kansas” Dies

(KTVI) – A woman who left a long legacy in the arts, leadership and charity in Kansas City died on Saturday. She was 81 years old and died at her home in Hawaii.

According to the Kansas City Star she was the first woman to be president of the Heart of America United Way.  She was also named the Kansas Citian “Person of the Year” by the Chamber Of Commerce.
