(KTVI) – A picture of Bill Clinton admiring Kelly Clarkson’s performance during President Obama’s 2013 inauguration has taken the internet by storm. In the photo Clinton can be seen looking directly at Clarkson after she sang “My Country, ‘Tis of Thee” during the inaugural event in Washington DC.
