Glee Star Sued For Sexual Battery

(KPLR) – Glee stat Mark Salling is being sued by an ex-girlfriend who claims the “Glee” star committed sexual battery.

In her lawsuit, Roxanne Gorzela claims while she was dating the thirty-year-old they had unprotected sex, against her wishes.

Salling is accused of intentional infliction of emotional distress and negligence.

Gorzela is seeking unspecified damages.

Salling’s rep denies Gorzela’s accusations.
