Cruise Ship Rescues French Sailor

(KPLR) – After days alone in a life raft, a man from France is rescued after attempting a voyage around the world.

Alian Delord escaped in life raft after large waves capsized his yacht off the coast of Tasmania.

He was rescued by the Orion cruise ship.

He had spent three months sailing around the world by himself, when he was shipwrecked.
