New Sinus Balloon Procedure

CLAYTON, MO (KPLR) – When it comes to sinus infections, St. Louis ranks in the top of the list. Dr. Sean Bailey, ENT with Sound Health Services, stopped by to talk with Christine about a groundbreaking procedure that uses sinus balloon technology to treat chronic sinusitis. It is a minimally invasive office procedure using a catheter and a high tech sinus balloon to open sinus pathways.

The procedure takes about 20 minutes. The patient is under a local anesthetic and most patients return to work in 48 hours.
