Criminal Minds Star Thomas Gibson Arrested On DUI Suspicion

(KPLR) – Thomas Gibson, one of the Stars of CBS hit series “Criminal Minds” was taken into custody this past Sunday, on suspicion of DUI.  The 50-year-old star was arrested in downtown Los Angeles by LAPD just after 1:00 AM.  He was booked at the Los Angeles Police Department Central Traffic Division.

The actor was initially stopped for trying to drive through a closed street, when police allegedly smelled alcohol on his breath.  Police tried to administer a breathalyzer test, but Gibson refused.

Gibson bond was set at $15,000 and he was released at 1:30 pm Monday.
