Zephrex-D Could Stop Meth Making

(KPLR) - Last year, the state of Missouri once again led the nation in meth lab seizures with 2,096. The main ingredient? Pseudoephedrine, which is found in some cold medicines.  Now a local company has produced a decongestant that the manufacturer says cannot be used in meth making.

Paul Hemings, VP and GM of Westport Pharmaceuticals explains the new product, Zephrex-D.  You can get it a Missouri Walmarts and CVS stores. More stores will carry the product in the future.
