Empty Casket Found In North St. Louis Lot

ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – St. Louis police want to know who left a casket in the middle of a vacant lot in North St. Louis. 

Authorities say some left the casket in the 2500 block of North Broadway at Warren. 

Police say they believe the suspects were on their way to a nearby scrap yard when they dumped the casket in the vacant lot.  Police say the casket was new and unused.
