ST. LOUIS, MO (KPLR) - This week's edition of The Pulse Of St. Louis focuses on the Normandy Public School District. The state board of education voted unanimously to yank the district's accreditation because of students' low academic performance. The decision goes into effect January 1, 2013. Normany has two years to work to regain accreditation or the state could take control of the district. The Riverview Gardens Public School District and the St. Louis Public School Districts are also unaccredited.
