Former Officer Sentenced on Corruption Charges

(KTVI) – A former East St. Louis police officer has been sentenced for corruption. Larry Greenlee of Belleville was convicted of stealing a Rolex watch planted by Federal Agents as an integrity test.

He will now spend 66 days behind bars. Greenlee’s arrest was part of a covert investigation by Federal Agents into allegations of police department corruption.
