Warehouse Fire Burns in St. Louis City

ST. LOUIS, MO (KPLR) - A massive fire destroys a warehouse in South St. Louis. It started early Thursday morning and quickly grew to thee alarms. It happened on Juniata near Louisiana around 2:30 a.m.

Authorities say there were several explosions during the fire because propane tanks were being kept inside. At least seven buildings, including some single homes and four-family flats, had to be evacuated.

There are no reports of injuries, but some firefighters were treated for heat exposure. At this time, the cause of the fire is unknown.
