CW Cast It’s New “Carrie Bradshaw” Show

The CW has cast its new “Carrie Bradshaw”; Aannasophia Robb will play Carrie in “The Carrie Diaries” according to the Hollywood Reporter. Robb is best known for playing Violet in the 2005 Tim Burton feature “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory”.

“The Carrie Diaries” is the prequel to “Sex and the City” focusing on a young Carrie Bradshaw in the 1980′s asking her first questions about love, sex, friendship and family while exploring the worlds of high school and Manhattan.
