FAA Reports Another Plane Near Lambert Airport Target Of Laser Beam

Another plane was a target of a laser pointer over the skies of St. Louis last weekend.

The FAA confirms a 737 jet was hit with the beam of light, while about 5 miles away from Lambert St. Louis airport Sunday.

A St. Peters man spent the day in court answering to charges after he is accused of shooting a laser into the cockpit of a plane last November.

If found guilty, Brian Monday faces up to 20 years in prison and a fine up to $250,000.
