Sign Honoring Rosa Parks Defaced In South County

A sign honoring a civil rights leader is defaced in South St. Louis County. MODOT says the sign, honoring Rosa Parks, was vandalized with black spray paint spelling "KKK." Vandals defaced the sign, located along I-55, overnight.

The graffiti has been removed and police are investigating.
